Processing & Handling Time
- All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).  
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

International Shipping (Worldwide)

- Cost: FREE

Customs, Duties & Taxes

- United States: No additional customs fees for U.S. customers. 

- International Orders: Your order may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. Please check your local customs regulations for more details.  

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment using the USPS or DHL website.  

Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or countries with USPS/DHL restrictions. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact our support team.  

Lost or Delayed Packages
- If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please reach out to USPS for updates.  
- If a package is lost in transit, we will work with USPS to resolve the issue and, if necessary, issue a replacement or refund.
